Renting a Property

Having been established in Hailsham for over 25 years, we are here to provide you with all the help you need to find the right property for you.

Our process is straightforward:

You find a property you would like to view:

• You call the office
• We ask you a set of questions regarding earnings, current living arrangements etc.  
• We organise a viewing of the property and if you want to move forward with an application, we provide documents there and then for you to complete and return
• We complete a review of your application form with the landlord
• We carry out the Right to Rent check
• We ask for the equivalent of 1 weeks' rent as a holding payment
• Referencing is carried out by an outsourced company and if successful, we organise a check in date
• We collect first months rent and deposit in advance of the check in date
• We meet you at the property to sign the Tenancy Agreement and carry out checks together in the property
• We carry out regular property checks, usually every 6-9 months
